Phil is the third-generation member of the Acock family to run Fourayes Farm and is the driving force behind innovation, investment in new technologies, product development and sales, with a lifetime’s experience in the fruit industry.

Jon first learned of Fourayes when he worked at Premier foods, but it wasn’t until he joined us as Finance Director in 2013 that he really got to know us!
’My role here is to manage growth’ he says ‘so I’m looking at the company as a whole to see how we can do that to the best advantage of our customers’.
Jon is used to working in large corporations – Pfizer before Premier Foods – and he has brought that financial experience to his role here.
’I know Fourayes has excellent products in terms of quality and service and so do our customers. It’s the reason we’re able to form such strong partnerships with them’.
Jon describes Fourayes as being ‘friendly, with a family atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and approachable’.
Carl started his career almost thirty years ago in bakery ingredients as a laboratory technician; going on to hold several technical and development roles before moving into the commercial arena in 2002 as a Technical Sales Manager.
‘Speed to market is extremely important for our customers in helping to maintain their competitive positions in the marketplace’ says Carl. ‘My technical background helps customers achieve that goal.’
