On site we have world-leading fruit storage facilities ranging from our low oxygen and ultra low oxygen stores to our capacious state-of-art DCA store.

DCA stands for Dynamically Controlled Atmosphere where computers take live readings and dynamically adjust the storage atmosphere in order that the stored fruit is gently sleeping – slowing the natural maturation of the fruit so that the best tasting English Bramley apples will still be available almost a year later.
