Job Title: Food Production Wheel Operator
We’re looking for a new Apple Line Wheel Operator to join our Fourayes production team in Bicknor, in the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside.
Reporting to: The Production Line Supervisor
Full Time Hours: Working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern with start times between 06:00 and 14:00 in line with the business requirements.
Salary: £10.48 per hour
Welcome Bonus: Upon successful completion of a 12-week probationary period the candidate will receive a one off £300 bonus.
Holidays: 20 days pro rata plus Bank Holidays
Fantastic Rural Location in the middle of our English Bramley apple orchard. So, you will need to have own, or reliable transport to site. We are 5 mins drive from Detling Hill and 15-20min drive from Maidstone or Sittingbourne.

Job Purpose
The Food Production End of Line Stacker will be working in conjunction with the Apple Line Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Apple line Dip Wheel
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of manufacturing equipment in line with the company H&S policy.
- Quality and food safety of the finished product.
- Follow the production plan ensuring correct quantity/product is safely stacked and secured for despatch.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Education and Qualifications
The successful candidate should be physically fit, have high levels of numeracy and literacy and, will ideally have previous experience of FMCG or food manufacturing, Ideally, they will hold a certificate in basic food hygiene and have been trained in good manual handling practice.

If you don’t work all week in the factory then you can join the picking team in September & early October. Current rate is £15 per bin for the 1st pick. Also great if you are student looking for holiday work.
