Fourayes jams and fruit filling tasting and picnic

Seminar September 2014

Harvest seminar at Fourayes Farm 11th September 2014. We had a fantastic group of guests for the seminar. Fourteen people from Burton’s Biscuits, Haydens Bakery, Premier Foods, Apetito, R&W Scott, Fine Lady Bakeries, Greencore, and Senoble. They spent the day looking round the farm and factory, learning about growing and processing, talking to staff and tasting Fourayes latest food developments. Lunch was a picnic in the orchard which has been well used as a venue this year with consistently beautiful weather.
