Ian’s Orchard Report2019-10-11T09:58:10+00:00

Ian Witherden, Farm Manager

Ian has been growing fruit since he was a teenager and still does so with passion. Ian has managed the Bramley apple orchards at Fourayes since 2002 and his team are the best in the business. Ian’s knowledge of the land, the planting and growing conditions, the Bramley apple trees and the local wildlife is encyclopaedic and his ‘Fourayes Farm Museum’ is a fascinating journey back in time to the region’s rich farming history.
