The award was handed over with proper social distancing by Ben Read, Tracklements Operations Director, to Dan Routledge from Fourayes in one of our delightfully sunny Bramley apple orchards.

The Tracklement Company Ltd, or Tracklements, are ‘curious curators of culinary condiments’ and ‘lovingly make an award-winning range of over 60 artisan condiments’.

Tracklements prides itself on making its products ‘in the same manner as you would at home’, using the highest quality, natural ingredients, handmade in small batches. Most importantly Tracklements ‘know the origins of all ingredients’ and that’s where Fourayes, and the Tracklements Best Supplier Award 2020, come in.

At Fourayes, we are not only third-generation family growers of fine, delicious English Bramley apples, we also prepare them for our customers in our on-site processing facility. It’s this provenance, together with technical support, service levels and a host of other criteria that helped us to win this year’s Tracklements Best Supplier award.

As Ben Read from Tracklements put it: ‘we look for short supply chains, getting as close as possible to ‘local farm’ buying and modern good supply; and when it comes to provenance, well you win hands down on that’.
