Hazel Holt Technical Manager
Hazel has a passion for quality and has plenty of experince in the industry “I have always worked directly with the customer” she says "I want to make sure our customers have the best product and that means having a hands on approach."


Marie Tossell, Senior Technical Co-ordinator

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and requirements of customer specifications, internal product specifications, raw material specifications and ensuring a review plan is implemented to ensure Fourayes always has up to date information on file.

On hand to assist the entire technical department if the need should arise. Duties include filling in specifications in line with customer requests. Ensuring QC, development and factory are aware of the specifications and the need to adhere to them.

Completing sample submission forms, accuracy and availability of raw material specifications. Assist in carrying out complaint investigations and notification in absence of the Technical Manager.


Keeley Gebbie, Specifications Technologist

Keeley has been with Fourayes since 2010. Her key responsibility is the completion of Customer specifications and other requested documents on multiple format systems, ensuring they are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Her role also includes following new products from development through to launch and she is responsible for the completion of new product packs, setting up route cards, attending trials/launches and monitoring outcomes of first 5 productions on all new products and creating the recipe cards for the production team to work with. Her role is rounded off with general Technical duties including but not limited to: traceability tasks & customer enquiries.


Karen Green, Technical Assistant

Karen has worked at Fourayes since 2007. As technical Assistant she is responsible for managing the company’s customer complaints, which includes carrying out the investigations, logging and trending them. Karen also manages the GMP Audits and document controls the goods in certifications.The filing and management of daily production records form part of Karen’s role.



Iulia Stoia, QC Stock Controller

Iulia has been with Fourayes since 2015. As QC Stock Controller she ensures that all samples for micro and end of life are sent for validating. This work supports her role in managing stock rotation on site. Iulia is the site’s key contact for customers’ requests on shelf life extensions. She also carries out all ‘goods in’ checks for both ingredients and packaging, to ensure that they meet all the required standards. Iulia also prepares product packaging labels for all departments. She’s also Deputy Responsible Person for Cooling System Logbook and Written Scheme of Precautions for Controlling Legionella.
