The Team at Fourayes

Orchard Manager

Responsible for all the orchards on Fourayes site with a team of year round support staff. Harvest period from August to October increases the number of farm workers to approximately 55 staff.

Working with top fruit since a teenager, Ian has a wealth of experience in growing Bramley apples for processing and storing.

Winner of the National Fruit Show’s award for “Bramley apples for long term storage” for three consecutive years.

Has worked at Fourayes since 2002 when he took over the reigns from our previous Farm Manager who had 35 years experience of working at Fourayes.
