Responsible for Business development, sales and new product development with over 20 years in the baking industry as Technical Manager of a major cake and dessert manufacturer supplying M & S and other retailers. Working with Fourayes since 2003 Andy bridges the gap between the technical expertise in apples and fruit already present at Fourayes and the needs of customers. Including plant trials, trouble shooting and presentation to retailers.
