Banoffee spread is a unique combination of banana and toffee which can be used in bakery, desserts and dairy. Fourayes is currently developing fillings for a Banoffee doughnut and puree for a Banoffee smoothie and we will have samples of this new British innovation at Food Ingredients Europe 2011 in Paris on November 29th, along with other unique products.
Established in 1953, Fourayes is a third generation family business based in Kent, with a reputation for excellence. The award winning company works in partnership with customers through Fourayes Food Development to provide bespoke, innovative products created by food experts. Fourayes is continually expanding reaching new markets throughout Europe.
Another innovation being launched at FIE is Fourayes apple & strawberry Dried Fruit Inclusions which can be used in cereal bars or simply as a great eating snack. They have a long life but are also soft for eating.
And if that isn’t enough, Fourayes is also making apple beer made from Bramley apples grown at Fourayes farm.
