Brain Blackburn, Purchasing Co-ordinator

Brian joined the company in February 2015 and has brought with him nearly 40 years in experience Manufacturing/Purchasing and Stock Control. He is responsible for all Purchasing and Stock Control, at Fourayes, from Fruit and Ingredients to Chemicals and PPE.

Since Brian joined, he has become an integral part of the team and has negotiated some good deals to help at Fourayes keep competitive in quite often volatile markets. Also he keeps a tight control on stock levels to minimise cash flow and space restraints at Fourayes and offsite storage facilities.


Luke Chiverton, Management Accountant

Luke joined the company in October 2010 as an accounts assistant, was promoted to Team Leader in April 2012 and to Financial Controller in 2015. As financial controller Luke has responsibility for month end sales reports, internal management accounts and reporting against budget.

Also responsible for the implementation of the standards costs and the maintenance of this within our manufacturing system.

 


Lorraine Cane, HR Advisor

Lorraine's Key role is to effectively offer HR support to the company for recruitment, employee terms and conditions, contracts and offering support and advice to managers and their personnel.

Assisting with payroll functions and recording attendance and absence. Updating of policies to comply with changing legislation.

 


Zoe Turner, Accounts Assistant

Zoe joined Fourayes Farm in 2011 as a Receptionist. In 2012 she was promoted to the Accounts Assistant and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the business. Her key responsibilities; Daily Financial Accounting (Everything from Credit control to Purchase & Sales Ledger), Month End accounts (Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Vat returns, Assets & Depreciation), ensuring all payroll processes are correct and processed in an accurate and timely manner and that all admin procedures and tasks are up to date as well as keeping a helpful, friendly atmosphere in the office.


Hannah Richards, Receptionist Administrator

Hannah joined Fourayes as a Receptionist Administrator in 2014.

She is responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors to Fourayes. She is the voice on the phones and makes sure all administration tasks are kept to the highest possible standard.


Anita Martin, Assistant Accountant

Anita joined Fourayes in November 2015. Anita is responsible for ensuring the financial accounts and admin processes are kept running smoothly on a daily and monthly basis. Her key responsibilities include Daily Financial Accounting (Everything from Credit control to Purchase & Sales Ledger), Month End accounts (Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accruals & Prepayments), ensuring all payroll processes are correct and processed in an accurate and timely manner and that all admin procedures and tasks are up to date as well as keeping a helpful, friendly atmosphere in the office.


MJ Schutte, IT Systems & Chief Wizard

MJ joined Fourayes in February 2016 as the IT Systems Administrator. With more than 20 years experience in wizardry and the IT field, MJ brings a fresh and new perspective to the Fourayes IT environment. His responsibilities include maintaining the current systems, expanding the network to accommodate business growth and spearheading projects to maximize and enhance the utilization of software and hardware.
