Doug Hayes, our Operations Manager, is responsible for the teams who develop, manufacture, quality assure and deliver Fourayes’ fresh fruit products. He brings man management and baking experience from leading manufacturing sites for United Biscuits, Walkers Crisps, Mission Foods and Ryvita. His passion is manufacturing excellence – developing teams to deliver continuous improvement and customer delight.
