November 2011. Fourayes rescued and processed more than 30 tonnes of local top quality Victoria Plums that would otherwise have been left to rot by turning the fruit into aseptic puree.

 

2010. Pioneering a new way of growing 
fruit trees, by growing the trees more like 
vines on canes and wires. Increasing the 
number of trees per acre three and harvest 
yield by up to 50%.
