Fourayes Food Development

The job of Fourayes Food Development is to create new products for our customer and to offer them "real world" taste testing facilities.

Fourayes Food Development creations range from fruit formats to consumer products. Our product development team can work independently, on behalf of customers or alongside our customer's own resources.

Our taste testing panel has been recruited from the general public and there is an on going training programme to ensure that tastings are objective and constructive. Taste testings take place at Fourayes Farm under controlled conditions.
